please allow us until the next business day to respond.
What is the shelf life of your products?
The shelf life of products varies. Products are sealed to help prevent contamination and leakage.
Small batches and quick shipment ensure freshness; however, opened products should be used within a year for
best results. Short-term exposure to extreme temperature changes can affect the thickness and texture of products, resulting in possible separation; however, the freshness of the product is not compromised. Shaking and/or refrigerating products can restore consistency.
Long-term exposure of products to sunlight and/or heat should be avoided because the resulting oxidation may affect freshness.
Will I receive a confirmation once my order is placed?
At this time, confirmations are generated via PayPal. Once you have checked out, you will be directed to PayPal to submit your payment. All orders created will receive a shipping confirmation
within 48 hours unless ordered on a Holiday.
Can my order be modified or cancelled?
All Sales are Final. Please be advised that we ship on a daily basis, and there is a good chance that your purchase will be shipped on the same day you purchased it; or within 48 hours. Once orders are shipped,
the sale is considered final and cannot be cancelled.
Will you replace my order if it was damaged as a result of weather issues?
Hair and skincare products are not considered perishable, but may be damaged by weather and
temperature extremes. Natural by Choice Hair & Skincare Products, LLC nor USPS are responsible for packages
damaged as a result of the weather, melting or overheating due to transit.
Please do not have items shipped to an address where the package will be left outside and subject
to excessive heat, because products that contain any type of butters will melt. Weather and temperature damages are your responsibility. Shea Butter is sensitive to heat and can melt.
What is your return/exchange policy?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns or exchange except in the event that an incorrect item was shipped to you accidentally. If a package is refused by the purchaser, a 15% restocking fee will be taken out of your refund. All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority or USPS
Express depending on what method is chosen by the customer. Shipping Insurance is not included in the shipping price, but it is offered and recommended at your request.
Will I be charged tax on my order?
There is a MI state sales tax for all MI orders.
How soon will my order ship?
Please allow 1-2 business days for processing and shipment, not including hoildays and weekends. Processing and shipment time does not include the time it takes for USPS to deliver. Once your order has been prepared for shipment, you will receive an email via PayPal providing
you with a tracking number that can be used to track domestic orders.
Who is your shipping carrier?
USPS. All orders, including wholesale orders are encouraged to add insurance! All International shipments automatically have Insurance added to the shipping price, no additional insurance is required! Time in transit is not controlled by Natural by Choice and is 100% controlled by the USPS.
That means from the time your packages leave our office, your orders will be delivered in the given times lines of the USPS.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We sure do. We ship International First Class. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS WILL BE DONE MANUALLY AT THIS TIME. PLEASE EMAIL US @ WWW.NATURALBYCHOICE@MAIL.COM TO PLACE AN ORDER. Shipping laws are different in each country. It is the customer’s responsibility to check with their customs office to
verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products.
